These terms and conditions apply to the ek333 platform and all services offered under it. From the moment a user begins accessing services through the ek333 website, mobile application, or any other channel, they are considered to have fully agreed to these terms.

This document forms a legally binding agreement between ek333 and the user. The words "user", "you", and "member" refer to any registered or unregistered person who has visited the platform or used its services. The words "ek333", "we", and "platform" refer to the ek333 operator.

These terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is the governing document. If any ambiguity arises between the Bengali version and a translation in another language, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

Membership on ek333 begins by opening an active account. At the time of registration, the user must provide accurate details including their full name, a valid mobile number, and an email address. Opening an account with false or incomplete information is a clear breach of these terms.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, bank account, or identity document is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be permanently closed and the balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ek333 reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing a withdrawal or if any suspicious activity is observed. This process may require a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Certain services may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their password and login details confidential. If unauthorised access is suspected, ek333 support must be notified immediately. Sharing or transferring an account to a third party is not permitted.

All casino and betting services on ek333 are exclusively for adults aged 21 (twenty-one) years or above. Opening an account on behalf of a minor or helping a minor use this platform is strictly prohibited.

Valid proof of identity may be requested at any time to confirm age. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and the related balance will not be returned.

• The user must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• The mobile number provided at registration must belong to the user.
• Any person who is unable to make decisions due to a mental disability may not use this service.
• Parents are responsible for keeping underage members of their household away from this site.

Designated payment methods must be used for depositing and withdrawing funds on ek333. Currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the most recent deposit, not to a third-party account. KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Security

ek333 uses SSL encryption for all financial transactions. ek333 reserves the right to temporarily hold a payment on any suspicious transaction until verification is complete.

ek333 bonus offers apply subject to specific conditions. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, and winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ek333 offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 as a bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per member.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• If a request to close the account is made while a bonus is active, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• ek333 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If an account is manipulated to obtain bonus benefits, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The ek333 VIP programme has three tiers with weekly cashback: Bronze (up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.7%), and Gold (up to 1.0%). Cashback is applied at the set rate on the net losses for the week.

A variety of games are available on the ek333 platform, including slots, live casino, cricket and football betting, and card games. Each game category has its own rules, which are clearly stated on the relevant game page.

6.1 Betting Rules

In sports betting, the specific rules of each market apply. If an event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded. However, if an event is partially completed, the result will be determined according to ek333's own rules.

6.2 Technical Issues

If the internet connection is lost during a game or any other technical fault occurs, the result of that round will be determined by the game server records. The result correctly recorded on the server side is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek333 platform and, if identified, will result in the account being suspended or permanently closed:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to bet or play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Operating multiple accounts strategically to obtain bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Operating an account under a false or fake identity.
• Harassing or offensive behaviour towards other members.
• Any form of cyber attack on ek333 systems.

ek333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Submitting false or forged documents during KYC verification.
• Suspicious financial activity or evidence of fraud.
• An order from a court or relevant authority.

A user may also voluntarily request account closure at any time through support. The opportunity to withdraw any balance will be given before permanent closure; however, any active bonus will be cancelled.

ek333 treats the protection of members' personal information as a top priority. Information collected during registration and payment is used solely for providing services, verifying identity, and meeting legal obligations.

Services on the ek333 platform are provided on an "as is" basis. ek333 will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• If a game is disrupted due to the user's internet connection issues or device failure.
• If a transaction-related loss occurs due to the user's own negligence or error.
• Events beyond ek333's control (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government directives).
• Failure of a third-party payment provider.

In the event of any dispute, ek333's records and server logs will be considered the final evidence.

ek333 reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes means the new terms have been accepted. Members are advised to review this page regularly.
